How to Download

To begin downloading the Free software simply click the "Download" button.
A screen will then appear stating that your "Download will start shortly"
When your download begins an indicator showing the progress of your download will appear at the bottom right corner.

How to install

Once your download has completed you will then be asked to install the software while still on the Internet.
A box appears stating "Initializing Wise Installation Wizard"

Another box will appear showing the progress of the installation.
The next box will appear informing you that the casino has been successfully installed".
Click the "OK" button .
Automatically the software will launch and you can now register your account.

How to open an account

As the software launches the "Online Registration Wizard" will appear.
Determine whether you wish to open a GUEST account (play for fun) or REAL account (play for real money).
Once you have decided on an option you will be asked to fill in the online questionnaire.
Once you have completed the questionnaire a "Registration Complete" box will appear, providing you with your account number and password. Keep these in a safe place!

How to make a purchase

If your selection was the REAL account option, you will then need to make a purchase to continue.
A box appears stating, "You currently have no credits to play with. Would you like to go to banking to purchase credits?". Click "Yes".
You will now find yourself at the "Banking Menu".
In the "Banking Menu" select "Add credit card / fire pay / Neteller etc"
You are then required to fill in the "Personal Billing Details" questionnaire.
When you have finished , a box appears informing you "Your card has been successfully registered at the Casino".
Your card limit will then be indicated.
Click the arrow to the left of your card number and choose the amount you wish to purchase.
Confirm your purchase by clicking "Yes" or "No"
A box appears to inform you "Please wait…purchase pending"
An "Online Banking Box" appears stating "Your purchase has been approved "

How to play

When you are ready to play go to the casino menu and click on the button for the game of your choice (scroll for more games).
A box called "Starting Module" appears indicating the game's download progress. If its not your first time opening the software it should only take a couple of seconds.
However if its your first time of opening the software a "CLICK TO DOWNLOAD" in white text will be shown below each game. As soon as you click the button the game will begin to download. A "Starting Module" box indicates the progress of the download.
While playing the chosen game, the other games will download in the background. By the time you have exited the game you were busy with, the rest of the games would have finished downloading.

How to log on

The software is visible on your desktop.
To access the casino, click on the "Piggs Peak Casino/Poker" icon on your desktop.
The software will launch and a box with the Casino’s logo on it appears informing you "Loading software…Please be patient"
The casino menu will appear, click on the "CONNECT" button and enter your password and account number.

How to cash-in

Select the "Bank" button and go to the "Banking Menu"
Click the "Cash-in" option
Choose the amount you wish to cash in
Click "Yes" or "No" to confirm
You will be informed that your cash-in is being processed
Take note that your cash-in will be transferred to a pending period of 24 to 48 hours. During this time, you may reverse your cash in for future play, without purchasing additional credits. You can do this by clicking on the "REVERSE CASH IN" button in the banking menu. On expiry of this period, the cash-in will be processed and you will receive an email confirming the allocation.
